The day has arrived...
...when you have to leave,
When your friends bid you a tearful goodbye.
...when there'll be no more paper ball and water fights,
All such pranks shall be left behind.
...where the fun and frolic stops,
All the cheerful memories have to fall apart.
...when you have to leave the school cafeteria,
The main hogging joint of all times ever!
...when all my friends have mist in their eyes,
Not able to forget the times that have gone by.
So cast this farewell picture into the rain,
The lightening shatters the glass,
And the frame parts itself from my face,
As if to say,
At last...
